Job Responsibilities
- Design and update university websites, portals, and microsites with modern, responsive layouts.
- Ensure consistent branding, typography, and visual standards across digital platforms.
- Develop graphics, icons, banners, and multimedia content for web and digital use.
- Design intuitive navigation structures and layouts to improve user engagement and accessibility.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Manage and update content using the university's CMS and optimize assets for performance.
- Work with IT developers and system administrators on web integrations, security and testing.
- Provide design and UX support for internal applications, student portals, and faculty dashboards.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, event pages, and e-learning interfaces.
- Test websites across multiple browsers and devices for compatibility and accessibility.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance digital communication and interactive features.
Required Skills
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
- Experience with CMS platforms (Modx, WordPress or similar)
- UX/UI design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- PSD to HTML/CSS conversion and strong portfolio of web design projects
