As a member of this team, you will directly impact educational products used by students and educators across the country.Role overviewWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Full Time) who will design intuitive dashboards, task panels, analytics views, and interactive prototypes. This role requires hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma and a strong eye for accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and pixel-perfect implementation.Key responsibilitiesDesign modern, user-friendly software interfaces and dashboards for web and mobile.Create intuitive task panels, analytics views, and seamless user flows.Build and maintain a comprehensive Figma design system (colors, typography, grids, components).Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.Design UI for AI-driven panels, chat assistants, and smart insight cards.Ensure accessibility (WCAG) compliance and consistent responsive behavior across devices.Work closely with developers to achieve pixel-perfect implementation and iterate based on technical constraints and user feedback.Participate in UX reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement cycles.Update and refine the UI component library based on analytics and qualitative user data.Required skills and experience2 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or related roles.Strong proficiency in Figma and maintaining design systems.Experience with Adobe Illustrator and general graphics design workflows.Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.Ability to create interactive prototypes and translate user research into practical design solutions.Education and eligibilityApplicants should have one of the following degrees: Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Bachelor of Science (BSc), or Bachelor of Arts (BA).
