Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering OR Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent degree/trade).
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Head of the TVET institute to identify and define requirements, scope, and resources for the assigned faculty/trade.
- Develop a training delivery schedule aligned with the approved curriculum, including milestones and resource estimates.
- Ensure availability of training materials, teaching aids and digital content; maintain trainee attendance (at least 90%).
- Maintain team morale and support team members to achieve project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, MIS (online & offline), ERP records and case studies.
- Conduct TVET and skills development training and coordinate follow-up actions with the Decent Employment Team to monitor employment outcomes.
- Ensure a clean, safe teaching-learning environment and provide psychosocial counseling to students.
- Engage with parents/guardians to raise awareness on safety measures and child protection.
- Contribute to operational planning and ensure implementation at TVET Institutes / Technical Schools.
- Maintain classroom equipment, furniture, materials and supplies properly.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Trade-specific technical skills (EIM, TDM, Bakery & Pastry, SMO, Beauty Care, RAC, Mobile Phone Service)
- Proficient in MS Office
