Job Responsibilities
- Tour consulting of destinations (Maldives & Sri Lanka).
- Prepare package details with itinerary and make presentations.
- Be fluent in calculations to respond to frequent pricing queries daily.
- Explain product details to clients via text, calls and in-person.
- Handle documentation and rate sheets using MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Maintain excellent client communication via phone, email, and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners (travel agencies and airlines).
- Visit partners face to face when needed.
- Hotel/resort reservation, client service, customer care.
- Be active online and assist with digital content when required.
