Job Responsibilities

  • Collect missing client documentation and submit complete and accurate paperwork to the UK office.
  • Communicate with clients by email, phone, and visits; follow up to ensure timely submission of required information.
  • Coordinate with UK administrative and technical staff to resolve queries and maintain information flow.
  • Establish, organise, and maintain confidential client files and records.
  • Use computer applications (email, MS Word, Excel, PDF tools) for documentation and reporting.
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, and client records.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the Country Manager.

OverviewShirley Technologies Ltd. is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Technical Administrative Officer to join its Dhaka office. The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting missing client documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clear and timely communication across teams.
