Key responsibilities include: Provide one-on-one education counseling to students interested in studying in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and European countries. Manage international admissions through university online portals and follow up on application progress. Review and prepare visa documentation according to updated embassy requirements and coordinate mock interviews. Conduct visa interview preparation and assist students with interview strategy and documentation. Create video content and conduct live sessions on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) to promote study-abroad options and company services. Maintain accurate student records, ensure timely follow-ups, and meet monthly and quarterly performance targets. Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless student experience. Required skills and experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in education counseling, visa processing, or immigration consultancy. Hands-on experience counseling students for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and European countries. Practical knowledge of university admissions portals and document submission procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to conduct workshops, mock interviews, and live sessions. Familiarity with IELTS coaching or English language teaching is a plus. Experience with social media marketing (SMM) and creating engaging video content. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
