Job Responsibilities
- Perform all cash management and store management activities of different units.
- Manage inventories and prepare cash book, ledger, bills/invoices and vouchers daily.
- Maintain and update records timely and provide support in other departmental activities.
- Maintain salary records and prepare monthly payroll; coordinate with accounts for payroll.
- Manage petty cash transactions and day-to-day office expenses.
- Keep track of client payments, outstanding dues and perform follow-ups.
- Record and report monthly income and expenses.
- Maintain daily attendance, presence and absence records.
- Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
- Handle staff recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, leaves and other HR files.
