Required skills & experience Bachelor/Honors degree (or equivalent) — required. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in social media/digital marketing or client-facing roles. Strong verbal communication skills, especially over phone and chat. Experience with social media management, basic content ideation, and community engagement. Familiarity with Canva or similar basic design tools is a plus. Knowledge of performance metrics, social analytics tools, and basic paid campaign concepts. Client relationship management and ability to handle multiple pages/clients simultaneously. Positive attitude, patience, teamwork, and time management skills.
