The Sales Executive will work primarily in specified areas of Dhaka to sell and deliver products, maintain existing customer relations, and develop new customers. This is a Full Time position based at the office with field sales requirements.Shift & product informationWorking hours: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Evening 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.Product types: ginger, garlic, potato, onion and other dry spices and grocery items.Key responsibilitiesCarry out product sales and delivery in designated areas.Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.Work to achieve sales targets and meet agreed KPIs.Prepare and submit daily sales reports.Maintain professional and friendly behavior with customers to build long-term relationships.Required skills and qualitiesMinimum HSC or equivalent (degree in Marketing or Business Studies will be an advantage).At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales — experience in retail store, chain shop, departmental store, importer, e-commerce or related startups is preferred.Strong customer convincing and communication skills.Target-driven mentality with the ability to meet sales targets.Punctual, hardworking, and responsible.Additional job requirementsMinimum 2 years experience in marketing or sales.Ability to work under sales target pressure.Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.Willingness to perform delivery and field sales duties.Compensation & benefitsSalary: Tk. 10,000 – 12,000 per month (based on experience and ability).How to apply (Apply instructions)Interested candidates should apply by contacting the company by phone/WhatsApp: 01617062999.
