The company sells products through field and corporate channels and operates franchise models in various districts.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct sales and promotion across assigned territory — engage with retailers, distributors and end customers to meet monthly sales targets.Franchise management — support and manage franchise partners, ensure compliance with company standards and help grow franchise business.Field visits & institutional visits — regularly visit institutions, corporate clients and markets to generate leads and close deals.Corporate sales — identify and service corporate accounts, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback and market intelligence to support sales planning.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics and post-sales follow-up.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Marketing or Diploma in Business Studies in Marketing.Experience: 2 to 5 years preferred in sales, ideally within Manufacturing (Light Engineering / Heavy Industry) or similar sectors; freshers are encouraged to apply where appropriate.Skills: Strong communication skills, familiarity with MS Office, and ability to ride a motorbike for field visits (Motorbike driving).Personal: Target-oriented, self-motivated, able to work from office and travel frequently within assigned areas.Additional RequirementsAge: 25 to 50 years.Gender: Male (as specified in this circular).Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Tk. 16,000 - 20,000 per month (as per company circular).Other benefits: mobile bill reimbursement, travel allowance (T/A), tour allowance, yearly salary review, and two festival bonuses annually.Official workplace: Work at office with extensive field duties.LocationsPositions are available across multiple locations in Bangladesh: Anywhere in Bangladesh with priority openings for Bogura (Bogura Sadar), Rajshahi (Rajshahi Sadar) and Rangpur (Rangpur Sadar).How to applyInterested candidates should prepare an updated CV and apply before the deadline.
