Job Responsibilities
- Manage flight reservations, fare searches, and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Process reissues, refunds, cancellations, and itinerary modifications promptly.
- Coordinate hotel, transport, and ancillary bookings as per client requests.
- Ensure all reservations adhere to airline and supplier policies, fare rules, and company SOPs.
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm travel details, itineraries, and booking options.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, visa requirements, and travel documentation guidance.
- Handle urgent or last-minute booking adjustments efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain updated booking logs, supplier invoices, and ticket issuance records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on ticketing performance, cancellations, and outstanding PNRs.
- Liaise with airlines, consolidators, and partners for fare support, seat confirmation, and group bookings.
- Manage BSP, ADM/ACM-related issues in coordination with the finance team.

Required skills and attributes: Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and ticketing procedures. Strong fare calculation knowledge, attention to detail, and PNR management skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Computer literate with ability to manage multiple bookings and meet targets. Team collaboration skills and ability to coordinate across Sales, Visa, and Accounts teams. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred). Professional certification in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo GDS is mandatory. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservation, ticketing, or operations in a travel agency, OTA, or airline office. Benefits and compensation: Monthly salary: Tk. 25,000 – 30,000.
