Job Responsibilities
- Abide by company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Implement safety procedures and operate pumps per dispatch instructions; start and stop pump house units on time.
- Adjust dosing according to water quality data to maintain residual chlorine, turbidity and pH within specified limits.
- Monitor safe operation of machines, pumps and electrical equipment.
- Report abnormal equipment conditions to the Production In-charge.
- Record production and operation data timely and accurately.
- Understand the water purification process and perform basic water quality testing under guidance.
- Follow chemical warehousing management procedures and handle warehouse outbound collection.
- Maintain and inspect rescue equipment, emergency drugs and firefighting equipment as required.
- Perform pre-shift checks and patrol inspections; create patrol inspection records and report anomalies.
- Carry out simple equipment maintenance under supervision and keep maintenance records.
- Handle emergencies correctly and prepare detailed incident records; participate in acceptance after repairs.
- Prepare timely and accurate statistics of equipment operation status and monthly reports.
- Maintain environmental sanitation of equipment inside and outside the pump room.
