Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall operations of both Head Office and Factory.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with factory, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure timely production and shipment.
- Follow up on PI, LC, booking sheets, sample approvals, and shipment schedules.
- Communicate efficiently with buyers and buying houses through professional English email and meetings.
- Ensure all correspondence is written clearly and correctly in English as per buyer requirements.
- Monitor daily operations to make sure all work is done smoothly and on time.
- Solve any production or operational issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate between departments for proper material flow, quality assurance, and shipment preparation.
- Maintain records, reports, and updates for management review.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and minimize delays or errors.
