Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-management employees (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees covering company processes, policies, job responsibilities and benefits.
- Assist in payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records; verify trip allowance bills for compliance.
- Execute final settlements of employees and maintain required documentation per labor laws.
- Draft official letters, office notices and disciplinary communications in coordination with Head Office.
- Implement and monitor compliance requirements within the facility and follow up on corrective actions.
- Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance of the facility.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on recruitment, attendance, performance and compliance.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on transport workforce matters including recruitment, attendance, performance and compliance. Requirements & preferred profile Experience: 2 to 5 years in relevant areas (Garments, Agro-based firms including Agro Processing/Seed/GM, Poultry, Transport Service preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred). Skills: hands-on recruitment and onboarding, basic payroll/attendance handling, knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and regulatory requirements, excellent written & verbal communication, strong administrative and documentation skills, MS Office competency.
