Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the project office in Ukhia, Cox's Bazar.
  • Assist with financial tasks including petty cash management, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
  • Support procurement processes, vendor management and asset tracking as per company policy.
  • Maintain accurate office records, personnel files, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for staff travel, field visits and meetings.
  • Prepare and submit timely administrative and financial reports to project management.
