Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers and departmental stores to achieve goals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans and monitor performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing and promotional proposals.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve development and sales targets.
  • Responsible for primary lifting and secondary sales.
  • Ensure sales distribution, merchandising and display execution.
  • Forecast demand based on market analysis and report to supervisors.
  • Prepare weekly & daily visit plans and maintain visit reports and customer database.
  • Manage disputes and oversee legal & compliance issues with dealers and distributors; handle credit collection.
  • Monitor market prices, analyze competitor pricing and recommend selling prices.

This is a senior leadership position that will influence company performance and market positioning.
