Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for all age groups at community and household levels.
  • Visit homes when required, especially for pregnant women, newborns, and urgent cases.
  • Refer patients to empaneled hospitals and coordinate with them for timely care.
  • Request and interpret necessary laboratory/pathological tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Support and conduct refresher training for Shasthyo Bandhus (community health workers).
  • Maintain proper case documentation, reports, and patient records.
  • Liaise with head office, other program streams, and government health programs.
  • Promote community health awareness and ensure full safeguarding compliance.
