Position: Marketing Officer (MO) — Full Time (Work at office with frequent field visits). Location: Feni (Feni Depot). Key responsibilities: Promote veterinary medicines and related products to veterinarians, doctors, chemists, veterinary pharmacies, and other trade customers. Visit farms, clinics, and chemist shops regularly to market products and services and ensure product availability and visibility. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, distributors, and local trade partners. Plan and arrange monthly meetings, workshops, or promotional events to increase brand awareness and uptake. Collect feedback from customers and report market insights to support product improvements and marketing plans. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth plans. Required skills and attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present and persuade effectively. Sales & marketing experience or interest in field sales roles; familiarity with pharmaceutical or agro-based markets is an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, positive-minded, and a fast learner. Professional behavior, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team in the office. Education & experience: Graduate (Bachelor/Honors) or Master’s degree in any discipline; candidates with science up to HSC level are preferred for related technical understanding. At least 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/medicine companies or agro-based firms is preferred, though freshers are encouraged to apply.
