Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall activities of HR & Administration Department of Factory.
- Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers.
- Ensure preparation of salary, wages, OT allowance & other payments and timely disbursement.
- Ensure environmental, employee health & safety, rights/benefits & security issues in the factory as per local law and requirements.
- Organize & conduct seminars, workshops and training on health & hygiene, occupational health and epidemic preparedness.
- Follow up training and prepare training schedules & modules as per Training Need Analysis (TNA); conduct training and maintain records and analyze feedback.
- Identify non-conformities in relation to compliance and ensure findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
- Ensure Corrective Action Plans (CAP) are implemented within timelines and submitted as required.
- Liaise with different stakeholders, government agencies & others as needed.
- Ensure & follow up licenses, certificates and necessary legal documents.
- Maintain practical knowledge and updates of Bangladesh labour and other applicable laws related to HR.
- Oversee admin activities and monitor security and related issues at the factory.
