Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fabric-wise cost models including COGS, overhead, depreciation, and tax.
- Support management in pricing, margin analysis, and investment decisions.
- Identify areas for cost minimization and profit improvement across departments.
- Forecast and plan company finances with rolling 12-month cash flow and budget models.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle VAT, AIT, and corporate tax compliance as per Bangladesh regulations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Enforce policies and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and transparency.
- Oversee bill verification, budgeting, and timely vendor payments.
- Monitor daily fund flow, receivables, and payables to maintain liquidity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with banks and stakeholders for fund management and financial negotiations.

Shatarupa Weaving Mills Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Manager – Accounts & Strategic Finance to lead accounting, tax compliance, cash management, and strategic finance initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to manage statutory compliance, deliver timely MIS and financial statements, optimize working capital and cash flows, and partner with operational teams for cost control and profitability improvement.
