Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure accurate stock keeping through systematic documentation and daily stock reconciliation.
- Maintain and enforce the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to manage inventory effectively.
- Coordinate with distribution and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee product handling during loading/unloading to preserve quality and minimize damage.
- Manage and assign tasks to warehouse manpower, preparing daily work schedules.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety and company compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on stock status, delivery performance, and other operational metrics to Head Office/Distribution team.
- Actively support internal and external audit processes and physical stock verification.
