Required qualifications & education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management is acceptable. Relevant training certifications (preferred): KPA, HR Metrics, HR Operations, Labor Laws. Experience: Minimum 8 years (8–10 years preferred) of progressive HR experience, with prior experience in the garments or factory/EPZ environment strongly preferred. Demonstrable experience managing multiple priorities, conducting HR training, and handling EPZ labor regulations is highly valued.
