Role Overview The Finishing Manager will oversee finishing operations with a capacity target of approximately 700,000 units of bottoms per month. The role focuses on production coordination, workforce management, quality assurance prior to shipment, buyer inspection facilitation, and seamless execution of the shipment process. This is a full-time, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the entire finishing section to meet production targets of 700,000 bottoms per month. Plan, organize and monitor finishing workflows to ensure timely completion of orders. Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and shipping teams to ensure goods meet buyer specifications and pass inspections. Ensure proper workforce allocation, training, and performance monitoring within the finishing department. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finishing and pre-shipment inspections. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce rework or rejection rates. Liaise with buyers and inspection teams to facilitate successful inspections and timely shipments. Required Experience & Education At least 8 years of relevant experience in garment finishing operations, as stated in the circular.
