Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EPZ Labor Law, Rules, and Wage Scale.
- Counsel workers on attendance issues (late/absent), grievances, PPE usage, and disciplinary matters; coordinate necessary disciplinary actions.
- Maintain updated registers of MLV, Grievance, Absent, and Late Counselling.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and welfare-related updates to employees effectively.
- Promote a safe, healthy, and positive workplace by organizing health camps, awareness sessions, and wellness programs.
- Keep accurate documentation of welfare activities, incidents, and employee grievances.
- Prepare periodic reports on employee welfare status and recommend improvement plans.
