Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement recruitment processes from Trainee Officer to Manager level to attract right talent and align benefits with SBUs and Corporate Functions.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment of Non-Management employees across the organization.
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategies for SBUs and Corporate Functions.
- Review and screen CVs; collaborate with departments for feedback and shortlist candidates.
- Design and develop assessment tools and written tests for management-level positions.
- Arrange, coordinate and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure comprehensive background checks and documentation for selected candidates.
- Communicate and negotiate compensation and benefits with potential candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and provide insights for improvements.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and maintain university/professional organization relations.

Key responsibilities: Plan and implement recruitment processes from Trainee Officer to Manager level to attract the right talent and define appropriate benefits aligned with SBU and corporate needs. Manage and coordinate recruitment for Non-Management employees throughout the organization, ensuring timely shortlisting and selection. Collaborate with business units and corporate functions to develop TA strategies tailored to their specific needs. Review and screen CVs against job descriptions and advertisement criteria, seek stakeholder feedback and shortlist candidates. Design and implement assessment tools and written tests for management-level positions to ensure objective selection. Organize and conduct interview sessions for shortlisted candidates and coordinate schedules with hiring managers. Ensure comprehensive background checks, documentation, and on-boarding readiness for selected candidates. Negotiate employment terms, compensation and benefits packages with potential hires and close offers effectively. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify gaps and recommend process improvements and efficiency gains. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives including digital campaigns, employee testimonials and participation in career events to strengthen company reputation as an employer of choice. Maintain strong relationships with universities and professional organizations to build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline. Required skills and competencies: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection practices. Proven interview and assessment design experience for both non-management and management roles. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Leadership capability to guide and motivate hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders. Proficiency in computer applications (particularly Microsoft Excel and Word). Employer branding, campus relations and talent pipeline development experience desirable. Ability to analyze recruitment data and convert insights into actionable improvements. Education & experience: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (3 to 5 years preferred), ideally within agro-based firms such as poultry, feed mill, seed, or processing industries.
