SEBPO is hiring for an entry-to-mid level Executive - Digital Advertising (Night Shift). Key responsibilities Trafficking and QA of display and video campaigns/creatives across desktop, mobile and tablet platforms. Troubleshooting ad delivery and creative rendering issues across ad servers and third-party platforms. Pulling, consolidating and analyzing campaign performance reports from multiple ad servers and reporting tools to monitor delivery against KPIs. Coordinating with cross-functional partners and clients to ensure accurate campaign setup, billing and delivery. Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload according to client requirements and campaign timelines. Maintaining accurate documentation and taking ownership for assigned campaigns during shift hours. Required skills and attributes Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data manipulation. Good command of written and verbal English for client and internal communications. Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills when diagnosing delivery or creative errors. Team player mentality, critical thinking and a practical, common-sense approach to tasks. Basic knowledge of online marketing and digital advertising concepts (AdOps, ad servers, DSP/SSP concepts) is a plus. Ability and availability to work night shift schedules as specified by the team. Experience & education Education: Bachelor/Honors degree (undergraduate degree required). Experience: Up to 1 year preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply — this job is open to recent graduates and early-career candidates. Workplace & shift Work at office (WFO) for male employees during night shifts; female employees may be eligible for Work From Home (WFH) after confirmation or as requested by the team. Shift examples: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM. Night shift availability is mandatory for all employees. Probation period: 3 months (fixed).
