Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and support a network of SSK Ambassadors to ensure service quality and business performance within the division.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess ambassador activities, identify gaps, and provide on-site coaching.
  • Plan and conduct structured training programs on product knowledge, service standards, operational processes, and Shukhee Expert App usage.
  • Mentor ambassadors to improve service efficiency and customer handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive user activation, service utilization, and revenue growth.
  • Support ambassadors with sales-focused tools, campaigns, and incentive plans.
  • Organize health camps, awareness drives and community events to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
  • Identify and establish collaborations with local clinics and healthcare providers for referrals.
