Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries in the call center professionally.
- Provide cash counter services: deposits, withdrawals, and related transactions following bank rules.
- Operate at collection booths and maintain accurate collection records.
- Verify customer identity/documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Record and escalate complaints; ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain excellent customer service and comply with bank and company policies.
