Education Requirements

MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management OR MSS in Economics/Development Studies/Social Work/Sociology/Women & Gender Studies OR BSc Engineering in CSE/EEE/Civil/Mechanical from a reputed university. More than one 3rd Division/Class in examinations will not be accepted.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement outreach and intake programs through community engagement for Entrepreneurs, Apprenticeship, Mastercraftperson recruitment, selection and assessment.
  • Ensure enrolment process of APT & MCP and manage training activities, graduation, employment linkages and participant tracking.
  • Monitor six-month apprenticeship training programs under Mastercraftperson and ensure program quality.
  • Prepare training plans for BMED for youth entrepreneurs, life-skill training for apprentices, and orientation/refresher training for mastercraftpersons; assess effectiveness and gather feedback.
  • Arrange pre- and final assessments for apprenticeship trades and coordinate RPL certification under NSDA/BTEB.
  • Organize dialogues, meetings, workshops, seminars and outreach programs with stakeholders; facilitate timely training sessions.
  • Monitor project activities for quality assurance including environmental and social safeguards and manage the GRM.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and half-yearly progress reports and submit to PKSF/PMU on time.
  • Coordinate with microfinance team for credit disbursement and liaise with PMU of PKSF.
  • Lead and manage the team ensuring smooth operations, transparency, accountability and motivation.
  • Manage basic fund management, reporting and reimbursements related to project activities.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
