Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s strategic direction to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive leadership in the Bangladeshi pharmaceutical market.
  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with DGDA regulations, national healthcare priorities, and the Board’s vision.
  • Oversee financial performance, driving profitability through robust budgeting, cost management, and effective capital allocation.
  • Champion innovation in R&D to introduce high-quality, affordable therapeutic solutions tailored to the evolving healthcare needs of Bangladesh.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with DGDA, Ministry of Health, hospitals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and nationwide distribution networks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with WHO-GMP, ISO certifications, and all local regulatory frameworks, maintaining audit readiness at all times.
