Job Responsibilities
- Manage Finance, Accounting and Tax across five legal entities and three business verticals and manufacturing sites; consolidations and internal & statutory reporting for regional level.
- Represent SEA region in global business reviews (monthly & quarterly); lead monthly deviation analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and five-year strategic planning.
- Own treasury management including cash operating cycle analysis, loan sourcing and investment planning for all entities.
- Coordinate with internal audit teams and participate in audits/compliance tests across regional entities.
- Conduct cost & price analysis for plants and supply-chain; lead customer bidding process; address revenue recognition complexities and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Decide on new product introductions & discontinuation of low-yield ventures; perform competitor and commercial analysis.
- Advise and direct country leadership teams on business targets and continuous assessments.
- Drive regional cost-saving initiatives and achieve financial yields for strategic decisions.
- Oversee business strategies including market relationship, legal, IT and compliance aspects.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders and manage conflict resolution.
- Assist regional supply chain function with business focus, decision-making and monitoring.

Proven experience in multi-entity consolidation, treasury, forecasting, budgeting and strategic financial planning. Demonstrated experience interacting with internal audit and participating in statutory and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Skills & Competencies Advanced technical accounting and tax knowledge (multi-country experience preferred). Strong treasury and cash management skills. Experience with consolidation, financial modelling, and variance analysis. Commercial acumen: cost & price analysis, bidding, revenue recognition.
