Job Responsibilities
- Analyze current SCM processes (procurement, inventory, logistics) and identify gaps, bottlenecks and data issues.
- Develop optimized To-Be workflows using automation and ERP/MIS solutions.
- Gather user requirements and convert them into URS/functional specifications.
- Act as the SPOC for SCM in all automation, ERP and system improvement projects.
- Coordinate with MIS for solution design, development, testing and deployment.
- Drive project planning, tracking, reporting and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Lead master data cleansing (Material & Vendor Master) and enforce data governance.
- Build MIS reports/dashboards for SCM insights and data visibility.
- Lead and mentor junior team members on process documentation and support.
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training on new processes and systems.

OverviewACI PLC is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager, Automation & Process Improvement to lead process excellence and digital adoption across Supply Chain Management (SCM). Experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances or Automobile sectors is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
