Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Distributor/Dealer and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory.
  • Monitor SR and Distributor/Dealer performance.
  • Make territory-wise sales plans and achieve monthly secondary sales target.
  • Open new Distributor/Dealer based on market coverage.
  • Accompany sales representatives in the field periodically to build relationships with retailers and enhance market penetration.

Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree (as per education requirements). At least 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, agro-based manufacturing, or food (packaged) sectors. Proven experience in distributor/dealer management and territory sales planning. Strong leadership skills, ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of retail execution and secondary sales operations. Analytical skills to monitor performance and prepare actionable sales reports. Willingness to travel and conduct frequent field visits within the assigned territory.
