Job Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models and 2D plans with accurate architectural graphics.
- Create accurate plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.
- Build accurate 3D models in SketchUp.
- Produce precise working drawings and design presentations.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and evaluations.
- Create architectural animations for client presentations using Lumion or Enscape.
- Edit photos and design graphics using Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Collaborate closely with the lead architectural designer and team.

Key responsibilities include:Develop detailed 2D plans, sections, elevations and construction drawings using AutoCAD.Create accurate 3D models in SketchUp and produce renderings/visualizations.Produce architectural animations (Lumion/Enscape) for client presentations.Prepare professional design presentations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint.Perform site visits to take measurements, evaluate existing conditions and coordinate with contractors/consultants.Develop working drawings and ensure technical accuracy in documentation.Support the lead architectural designer in project coordination, design reviews and client meetings.Required qualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture from a reputed university.
