Achieve daily and weekly performance targets; contribute to team KPIs. Demonstrate professionalism during client interactions and escalate qualified opportunities appropriately. Required skills and experience 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred. Excellent spoken and written English — fluency is essential for communicating with North American clients. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Comfortable and reliable working on night shifts (US/Canada timezone). Familiarity with CRM systems; ability to keep lead records up to date and follow process. Confident, energetic, target-oriented personality with the ability to work in a performance-driven role. Education Bachelor/Honors degree preferred but not mandatory.
