Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the printing press operations, including pre-press, press, and post-press activities.
- Lead and supervise a team of printing professionals, ensuring their efficient performance and development.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget and production schedules to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all printed materials meet customer specifications.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of printing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure packaging compliance and correct artwork for pharmaceutical items.
