Job Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend system and process improvements
- Translate business requirements into clear functional, non-functional, and technical specifications
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams
- Introduce and maintain lightweight documentation and reporting processes for project visibility
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interface specifications as required
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, urgency, and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Support system integration, data migration, and solution validation activities
- Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in change management, user training, and post-implementation support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables align with defined scope, timelines, and business goals
