Job Responsibilities
- Supervise Inventory, POS, Customer Service and outlet operations; ensure coordination among departments and SOP compliance
- Oversee WooCommerce website operations including product, stock and order flow
- Monitor customer service quality across Facebook, Instagram and website channels
- Review stock accuracy, manage returns, handle complaints and identify service gaps
- Support business growth and scaling plans (2X–3X planning) and report daily & weekly to Owner
- Supervise and participate in product live sessions and ensure product presentation standards
- Guide product photography and videography standards and assist content creation
- Maintain central POS & inventory system, perform SKU-wise tracking and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate order confirmation, follow-up, returns/exchanges and dispatch coordination
- Manage outlet sales, staff, daily operations and convert walk-in customers to online buyers
