Conduct regular stock reconciliations, lead root-cause investigations, and coordinate corrective actions with Production, QA, and Accounts. Lead, coach and develop the inventory management team to ensure high performance, ownership and adherence to SOPs. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, process efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Leverage ERP/SAP and advanced Excel reporting to provide actionable inventory analytics to senior management. Detailed responsibilities (expanded) Design and enforce inventory policies for cycle counts, bin management, goods receipt and issue processes. Work closely with procurement and production planning to align safety stocks, reorder points and lead times. Manage inbound and outbound logistics interfaces to reduce delays and discrepancies. Drive KPI reporting including inventory turns, days of inventory, accuracy rates and shrinkage reduction. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance for storage of materials used in personal care and healthcare products. Required skills & qualifications Bachelor of Science (BSc) in relevant discipline; PGD/Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus. Minimum 12 years of demonstrable experience in inventory management within manufacturing (FMCG, cosmetics, toiletries or healthcare/lifestyle products). Strong command of SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for inventory analytics and reporting. Proven experience leading plant-level inventory teams and large-scale inventory operations.
