Job Responsibilities
- Take care of children at the factory childcare center during working hours, ensuring attentive supervision and safety.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment at all times; organize toys, bedding, utensils, and childcare materials.
- Feed children properly according to age-appropriate nutrition guidelines and monitor mealtime routines.
- Maintain hygiene of children, including cleaning, diaper changing, and handwashing.
- Monitor children’s health and report any illness or unusual behavior to supervisors or medical staff.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning, and recreational activities.
- Ensure children are safely received from and handed over to parents/guardians.
