Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to farms, traders, and customers to ensure strong market presence.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders, farmers, and business partners.
  • Perform water and soil testing, identify diseases, and provide effective technical solutions.

Key responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to farms, traders, distributors and customers to maintain a strong market presence and identify sales opportunities. Perform on-site water and soil testing, identify diseases and technical issues, and propose effective, practical solutions using Biochemix products. Organize and conduct seminars, meetings and training programs to educate stakeholders about product usage, benefits and best practices. Identify, recruit and onboard new traders and distribution partners to expand the company’s market coverage and sales channels. Promote company products and services through field demonstrations, promotional campaigns and direct communication with end-users. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports on activities, sales, leads and market performance to management. Required skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting and training groups of stakeholders. Leadership and teamwork orientation, with the ability to work independently in field settings. Presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate technical solutions effectively. Market analysis and planning sensibility to identify opportunities and reach sales targets. Experience in Sales & Marketing, direct selling or agro/pharmaceutical contexts is highly valued. Education and experience: Acceptable qualifications include: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA); Diploma (Vocational) in Fisheries; HSC in Food Science & Technology; or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Fisheries. Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred in pharmaceutical/medicine companies, agro-based firms (including seeds, agro processing), direct selling/marketing service companies, fisheries or livestock sectors.
