Job Responsibilities
- Enhance, monitor, plan, test and implement the company’s Logic ERP system.
- Monitor data entry across departments and troubleshoot ERP data entry and report generation issues.
- Assist engagement activities for new transactions: prepare request lists, agendas and facilitate reviews.
- Work with ERP development/implementation team to complete ERP installations under supervision.
- Support testing of new developments and implement changes into the live system.
- Conduct and coordinate training activities; provide ongoing ERP support to office staff.
- Input order summary data, analyze data periodically and create projection and achievement reports.
- Create reports on growth plans and achievement records.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements.
- Ensure smooth running of all modules and coordinate data with various teams.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Rich Cotton Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager - ERP (Logic Software) to join their energetic team. This is a high-impact job role in a reputed apparel company in Bangladesh where you will drive ERP implementation, data integrity, reporting and training across departments.
