Job Responsibilities
- Provide lifestyle-focused clinical consultations for diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, obesity and other lifestyle-related conditions
- Assess patients and develop individualized lifestyle management plans
- Analyze clinical reports and laboratory results to guide patient counselling
- Deliver patient counselling on nutrition, fasting, sleep, exercise and mental wellbeing
- Participate in seminars, health talks and live sessions to educate the public
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop patient education materials and protocols
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress
