Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the assigned floor (Cutting / Sewing / Finishing).
- Ensure production targets are met with required quality and delivery timelines.
- Manage operators, helpers, and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper use of machines, manpower, and materials.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, and Planning teams.

OverviewEntrust Group, a leading ready-made woven garments manufacturer in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced and hands-on In-Charge for Cutting / Sewing / Finishing to join its production team in Dhaka. (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent education.10 to 15 years of relevant experience in garments and/or buying house environments — strong preference for candidates with denim experience.Proven track record managing Cutting, Sewing or Finishing lines with measurable productivity improvements.Skills & competenciesStrong hands-on experience in cutting / sewing / finishing operations.Good understanding of denim fabric characteristics, sewing processes, finishing standards, and productivity control techniques.Ability to lead and motivate floor manpower, manage shift operations and perform under pressure.Problem solving skills to quickly handle production and quality issues.Strong communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.Additional requirements & preferencesAge: 30 to 40 years.
