Job Responsibilities

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design discrepancies, and provide on-site guidance. Ensure designs comply with RAJUK, BNBC, fire safety regulations, accessibility guidelines, and other local codes. Supervise and mentor junior architects, drafters, and external consultants to uphold quality standards. Collaborate with project management and company leadership to develop realistic schedules and budgets and deliver value-engineered solutions. Take ownership of assigned projects, respond to management’s direction, and undertake any other job assigned by management. Required skills and competencies: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience working in architecture firms, real estate development, or group of companies. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office. Experience producing 3D design, 3d visualization, and high-quality architectural documentation. Sound knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK procedures, fire safety, and accessibility design requirements in bangladesh. Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
