Job Responsibilities
- Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Handle customer inquiries for air ticket bookings (domestic and international).
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.
- Search and compare flight options to offer the best itinerary and price.

Job Description
OverviewKhan & Brother is seeking a motivated and experienced Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our travel team. This job is ideal for someone with solid GDS experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This company circular is open to applicants in Bangladesh; interested candidates are encouraged to review the job details and apply before the deadline.What you will doHandle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.Respond to customer inquiries and manage bookings for both domestic and international flights.Search, compare and present the best itinerary and pricing options to customers.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and agents to support corporate sales and repeat business.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.Coordinate refunds, re-issuances, fare calculations and ticketing documentation ensuring compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.Required skills & competenciesProven communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers and partners.Proficiency in English for customer interactions and documentation.Experience with Microsoft Office for reporting and communication.Strong sales & marketing orientation and ability to close sales.Leadership, teamwork, and strong work ethic; hard working mindset.GDS experience (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is highly preferred; GDS training will be prioritized.Education & ExperienceEducation: Masters degree preferred. Preference given to students/graduates of University of Dhaka, North South University, United International University, American International University Bangladesh, Independent University, Bangladesh (as stated in the company circular).Experience: 2 to 6 years in travel agency, tour operator, or immigration/visa processing related roles.Other requirements and preferencesAge: 25 to 35 years.
