Job Description
Entrust Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality In-Charge (Sewing & Finishing) to join its production team. The company, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is a 100% export-oriented woven (denim) garments manufacturer. This role requires hands-on involvement on the factory floor and close coordination with production and finishing teams.Key responsibilities (summary):Look after sewing and finishing quality according to buyer requirements.Check quality during in-line, end-line, and finishing stages.Identify sewing and finishing problems and take action to solve them promptly.Ensure proper finishing work including trimming, measurement, ironing, folding, and packing.Work closely with production and finishing teams to maintain consistent quality levels.Guide and control QC team members in sewing and finishing sections.Handle buyer quality comments related to sewing and finishing and follow up corrective actions.Prepare simple quality reports and implement AQL sampling standards.Required skills and competencies:Practical knowledge of AQL and quality inspection procedures.Strong experience in quality assurance and quality management focused on sewing and finishing.Good understanding of stitching, measurements, and finishing operations.Ability to work under production pressure while keeping quality standards intact.Good communication and team-handling skills; ability to lead QC personnel.Experience & education: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in garments or buying house environments with hands-on exposure to sewing and finishing quality. A minimum Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, education may be relaxed for highly experienced and skilled candidates.Employment terms & benefits: The job is full-time and based in Dhaka (Uttara West).
