Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential women entrepreneurs within target communities.
- Design and facilitate training on entrepreneurship, business planning, and financial literacy.
- Support the development of micro and small enterprises (MSEs), including market linkage facilitation.
- Coordinate with local government, private sector actors, and financial institutions to ensure access to services and resources.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and technical assistance to MSEs.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support community-based DRR plans.
- Organize awareness and capacity-building sessions on disaster preparedness, climate resilience, and risk mitigation.
- Promote integration of DRR strategies into livelihoods and enterprise development.
- Work closely with local disaster management committees and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, collect success stories, and ensure timely reporting to the Project Manager.
