This is a field-oriented role requiring frequent coordination with district and field offices, supervision of contractors/field teams, and supporting project functions including human resources, procurement, and finance related tasks as directed by senior management. Report to the Sub-Project Director and implement branch-wise responsibilities for project outputs. Supervise and monitor nationwide registration, data update (হালনাগাদকরণ), card printing/distribution and related field activities. Maintain effective coordination and regular communication with field offices and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Support preparation of timely and accurate reports on field activities, data collection, preservation, and progress related to national identity services (correction, loss, migration updates). Assist project teams in personnel management, procurement follow-up, and financial documentation as required by the project. Contribute to branch-level workplan development and ensure implementation in line with project guidelines. Perform any other duties assigned by senior officials in the interest of the project. Required qualifications and education: Minimum education: Bachelor/Honors degree. Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in sectors such as Banks, Insurance, Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Services, BPO/Data Entry, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Consulting Firms, Garments, Textile, or Gas-related projects. Age: 25 to 49 years. Gender: Male/Female applicants are both eligible. Desired skills & competencies: Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across field and central offices. Experience in monitoring large-scale registration or data-collection activities. Report writing and documentation skills (Bangla and English).
