Job Responsibilities
- Collect passports from local agents through telemarketing, field marketing, and personal referrals to promote and sell visa services daily.
- Promote and market the business by targeting new and niche markets to expand customer reach.
- Collect, verify, and process all required documentation for passenger and student visa applications.
- Liaise with travel partners, including overseas institutions and technical training centers, to coordinate skill training programs for passengers.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and implement innovative and alternative strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business.
